Hiphop Dance Festival SoulCypher is weer terug met de 13e editie van DO 27 tot en met ZO 29 NOV. Dit jaar duikt SoulCypher diep in de kern van wat hiphop echt is: de rauwe attitude en de verfijnde techniek. Geïnspireerd door het iconische nummer van Eric B. & Rakim – Don’t Sweat the Technique – staat deze editie volledig in het teken van het vakmanschap, de expertise en de toewijding die nodig zijn om echt meesterschap te bereiken in hiphop. In 2025 zet het festival zowel het grinden als het shinen in de spotlight. We eren de discipline achter de freestyle. De structuur achter de chaos. De finesse achter de rauwheid. Want in Hip Hop draait het niet alleen om wat je doet. Maar vooral om hoe je het doet.

De Soul2Soul All Styles battle is toegewijd aan de samensmelting van verschillende generaties in de dansscene. Opkomend en gevestigd danstalent nemen het tegen elkaar op in energieke dansbattles en tonen hiermee de kracht en essentie van de hiphopcultuur. Bij Soul2Soul creëren we een platform waar alle generaties elkaar kunnen ontmoeten, exchangen en van elkaar leren! Door middel van cyphers en battles brengen we de jongere en oudere generatie samen om de dansvloer te delen. We beginnen met een cypher preselectie, waarbij de jury de dansers selecteert die doorgaan naar de battles. Deze dansers worden willekeurig gekoppeld aan één kind en één volwassene om de 2 tegen 2 duo’s te vormen. Deze duo’s zullen strijden om de winnaars van de Soul2Soul All Style Battle te worden!

Soul2Soul All Styles battle

The Soul2Soul All Styles battle is dedicated to the fusion of different generations in the dance scene. This year the event will take place on Saturday the 23rd of November in Theater a/d Rijn, Arnhem. Up-and-coming and established dance talent compete against each other in energetic dance battles – thus showcasing the power and essence of Hip Hop culture.

At Soul2Soul we create a platform for all generations to meet, exchange and learn from each other. Through cyphers and battles, we bring together the younger and older generation to share the dance floor. Starting of with a cypher preselection, the judges will pick the dancers who go through. These dancers will randomly be matched with one kid and one adult to form the 2vs2 duos. These duos will be battling it out to become the winners of the Soul2Soul All Style Battle!
